JOB INFORMATION

- Title: Social Leader
- Work location: 38A, Tran Cao Van, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for ideating, developing, and executing comprehensive content strategies, while monitoring social media performance for a variety of brands.
- Keeping up to date with the latest social media trends, memes, pop culture, and digital behaviors.
- You don't just follow trends – you actively seek opportunities to create unique, brand-driven trends.
- Planning and execute social media content calendars, ensuring engaging content that aligns with brand direction and campaign messaging.
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners to build social media strategies (Owned Channels and Social Outreach), content tactics, and planning.
- Understanding the creative direction and provide content strategies tailored for each social platform to effectively deliver campaign messages.
- Collaborating with the Creative and Account teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Creating reports and performance evaluations for social media on a campaign/weekly/monthly basis, segmented by channel (Paid-Owned-Earned, Social Outreach) and by type (Content, Creative, Community, Competitor, Campaign, etc.), to assess brand effectiveness and propose improvements.
- Working with third-party partners (media, social listening tools, social media management platforms, community teams, research agencies) to gather and process relevant data, compile reports, and provide strategic communication insights and recommendations.
- Researching and analyzing social media trends, advertising revenue, and user data per campaign to optimize brand performance and results across social platforms.
- Proactively build, develop, and present community and advocacy strategies (earned media, brand advocates).
- Monitoring community interactions (comments, messages, replies, posts on fanpages) quickly and efficiently.
- Promptly report potential issues to internal and external stakeholders according to established response protocols

Requirements:
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of social media characteristics, content planning, and social media performance measurement.
- Strong awareness of content and social media trends.
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, and highly responsible.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good personal time management skills.
- Team management and presentation skills.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
