Social Manager / Growth Manager Social & Content

We’re looking for a Growth Manager – Social & Content to turn social platforms into measurable growth channels, driving user action, demand, and retention through smart content and continuous experimentation.

This role sits inside the Growth team, working closely with Paid Growth, CRM, App, and Offline to influence the full user journey.

- Own the social & organic content strategy as a growth channel, aligned with business and demand objectives.

- Design and execute social-driven growth loops (view → engage → click → app → ride → repeat).

- Lead social-first content ideation, ensuring ideas are native to platforms and optimized for user behavior.

- Plan and test content by user segments (new, existing, soft churn, frequent users).

- Continuously experiment with new platforms, formats, and contexts where growth opportunities exist.

- Work closely with Paid Growth and CRM teams to amplify high-performing organic content.

- Translate insights from social performance into actionable growth improvements.

- Manage content production with internal teams and external creators/vendors.

- Ensure brand voice remains human, consistent, and culturally relevant while serving growth goals.

- Over 5 years of experience in Growth, Social, Content, or Performance-driven Marketing.

- Strong understanding of user behavior on social platforms and how it converts into action.

- Proven track record of building content that drives engagement, clicks, and downstream impact.

- Comfortable working with data, experiments, and iteration cycles.

- Strong creative judgment combined with analytical thinking.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Creative teams.

- Curious, fast-moving, and always testing.

- Experience in mobility, tech, or consumer platforms is a plus.
