Social Media Manager

Social Media Manager is responsible for developing strategies and enhancing brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand identity.

• Define clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media performance.

• Create high-quality, visually compelling contents for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

• Curate user-generated content (UGC) and collaborate with influencers and KOLs to amplify brand messaging and reach new audience.

• Create, edit, publish, and share engaging social media content daily. Create short videos and reels to showcase the company's products and create interesting and authentic content.

• Develop a content calendars and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all platforms.

• Proactively engage with followers, influencers, and industry partners to build brand loyalty.

• Check social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback and respond promptly to create positive customer relationship.

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to drive traffic, leads and sales.

• Stay up to date on social media advertising trends and best practices to continually improve campaign effectiveness.

• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as google analytics.

• Monitor the activities of the competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and areas of differentiation.

• Build strong storytelling and product positioning.

• Must have a degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creative in content creation.

• Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook ads manager and Instagram ads.

• Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness, with a strong understanding of industry trends and consumer behavior.
