Social Media & Marketing Content Specialist

• Create graphics, photos, and videos showcasing factory production, products, and shipments.

• Manage company presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business.

• Plan and publish 3–4 professional posts per week following a content calendar.

• Design catalogs, brochures, and infographics for buyers.

• Set up and manage WhatsApp Business App: catalogs, quick replies, broadcasts, buyer labels.

• Run Email Marketing campaigns via Mailchimp (or similar platform) — monthly newsletters, product updates, factory news.

• Respond to inquiries on all platforms and direct serious buyers to WhatsApp/email.

• Track and organize buyer contacts (social, WhatsApp, email).

• Provide weekly reports (posts published, engagement, inquiries, leads).

• Provide monthly reports (growth, best-performing content, email open rates, WhatsApp responses, recommendations).

• Strong skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).

• Fluent English writing for B2B posts and newsletters.

• Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp Business App, and Email Marketing Platforms (Mailchimp or similar).

• Understanding of B2B marketing and export trade (preferred).

• Organized and detail-oriented, able to report consistently.

KPIs

• 3–4 quality posts per week across platforms.

• Growth in engagement and inquiries from container-size buyers.

• Leads generated through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.

• Email open rate ≥ 20%, click-through rate ≥ 3%.

• Weekly and monthly reports submitted on time.
