Social Media Specialist

Job Summary:

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience (followers), and drive traffic and conversions. This role requires expertise in social media platforms (FB, Insta, Tiktok, Youtube), content creation, community management, and analytics.

Goals:

• Grow audiences for social media platforms for our brand awareness

• Engage and drive traffic to our websites with our contents

• Response and support our followers on social media platforms

• Manage & optimize event campaigns

Responsibilities:

Social Media Planning

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

• Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing, customer service, product team) to align social media strategies with broader business objectives and campaigns.

Content Creation and Curation:

• Create original, engaging, and relevant content (including text, images, videos, and graphics) for various social media platforms.

• Curate third-party content and user-generated content to supplement the social media content calendar.

• Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social media channels.

• Collaborate with advertising (FB & GG ads) person to coordinate what message and content need to be promoted through ads.

Community Management:

• Create social activities (give away, minigames) to increase brand awareness, follower and maximize social review

• Develop Influencers Marketing Strategy and coordinate with external partners such as Youtubers, influencers, and brand ambassadors (reps) as needed to execute social media initiatives and partnerships.

• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

Offline Event Management:

• Build event/offline strategy to optimize marketing event activation and raise company awareness

• Coordinate with different stakeholders to engage and develop relevant event/offline activity

• Organizing all marketing materials of every offline events

Requirements and skills:

• Work experience in social media for 3-4 years

• Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills

• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability

• Good copywriting skills, good communication and fluency in English
