- Start Date: November
- Salary Range: 6100RM - 8500RM for Near Native
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Assist customers with online Ads
- Provide timely support via multiple channels
- Handle payments and customer data securely
- Protect brand reputation and customer loyalty
- Escalate priority issues when needed
- Collaborate with team to improve support processes

Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong customer service focus
- Active listening & objection handling
- Clear, professional communication
- Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure
- Open to feedback, fast learner, positive mindset
- Analytical & critical thinking skills
Technical Skills:
- Typing: 40 WPM, 90% accuracy
- Proficient in MS Windows & Office
- Able to read, write, and speak the required support language
