THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE IN THIS ROLE

- Conducting effective market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies;

- Efficiently developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our software products and enhance brand awareness;

- Proficient in building and optimizing customer acquisition funnels for technology products - covering planning, execution, and system setup - using SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing;

- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and design, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and to translate technical features into compelling marketing narratives;

- Creating and managing compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital platforms;

- Leading the planning and execution of a good mix of marketing methodologies, marketing campaigns and marketing platforms, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget;

- Skillfully analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact;

- Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and key stakeholders to embrace promotional opportunities into targeted communities;

- Supporting senior leaders’ participation in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and expand professional networks.

- Successfully executed marketing related tasks by leading the team, coaching members, or running them independently;

- Always staying abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to propose innovative marketing approaches;

- Fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO MAXIMIZE IMPACT IN THIS ROLE

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;

A well-rounded expert in the marketing field with a proven track record of delivering successful and diverse campaigns;

- Proven experience as a leader or senior member of a marketing team for technology products;

- Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing, product acquisition strategies, and growth hacking, with a strong background in developing targeted marketing strategies, executing high-impact campaigns, and driving brand growth;

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, ads operations, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns etc.;

- Intensive experience with marketing and analytics tools and platforms ie. Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, email marketing platforms etc;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content across various formats and platforms;

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed marketing decisions;

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment;

- Experience in leveraging AI tools in your work will help your application stand out.
