Project should be devided into following stages:
• Stage 1: Audit of current SDLC based on real examples and observations with report and proposal of improvement areas to be covered. The audit should be done by observing real work of IT staff, not only presentation and interviews.
• Stage 2: Implementation of quick wins including initial training of personnel.
• Stage 3: Full review of process and proposal of new methogolody, approving methodology with all involved stakeholders including business. Training and implementation of staff for new methodology, tracking implementation and achieved improvement during pilot period 2 month.
Mainly Drive the SDLC assessment project including three phases mentioned in project description.
Work with customer team at their site to understand about their SDLC and come up with findings including:
- Major business stakeholders
- IT head
- Project Managers
Work with Luxoft team (SDLC experts)
