1. Job description
KPEG Vietnam Ltd, a Korean FDI company focus on providing engineering service, develop and distribute aid-design/construction software. Our main Clients are EPC companies, families, universities, institutions, design offices, etc. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Software Sales Manager to join our team to boost the sales of ZYXCAD, a software developed by Korean IT company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in aid-design/construction software sales such as AutoCAD and/or 3D modeling software, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive a sales team to achieve and exceed targets. As a Software Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with the product development teams to ensure that our software solutions meet the needs of our customers. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and providing regular sales reports to senior management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the software industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. 2. Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective ZYX- CAD System sales strategies.
• Manage and lead a team of sales professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Landscape design etc.)
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams.
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities.
• Provide regular sales reports to senior management.
• Set and achieve sales targets and KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
• Conduct sales training and coaching sessions.
• Attend industry events and conferences.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
• Manage sales budgets and resources effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
• Work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

3. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Sales Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the software industry.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.

4. Benefits

• Standard working 8Hr/day (8:00 AM to 17:00 PM) from Monday to Friday.
5. Working location
• 10th floor, Office 1, Sun Square Tower, No. 21 Le Duc Tho Street, My Dinh 2 Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Ha Noi City, Viet Nam
6. Schedule: Face to face interview in Hanoi is scheduled on Oct-2024.
