We are looking for a talented and experienced Solana Smart Contract Developer to join our forward-thinking Blockchain team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge decentralized applications that deliver real-world impact across a wide range of sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on the Solana blockchain using Rust.

• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of deployed contracts and applications.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to turn business goals into technical solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and promote best practices in smart contract development.

• Monitor and optimize smart contracts post-deployment for speed and cost-efficiency.

• Stay updated on blockchain trends, tools, and emerging technologies in the Web3 and Solana ecosystems.

Core Requirements

• Proficiency in Rust programming language, with a strong grasp of its ownership model and concurrency features.

• Hands-on experience building and deploying smart contracts on the Solana network.

• Solid understanding of dApp architecture and on-chain/off-chain interactions.

• Strong analytical mindset and excellent debugging skills.

• Familiarity with blockchain development tools such as Anchor, Solana CLI, and Phantom.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience developing smart contracts on other platforms (e.g., Ethereum) using Solidity.

• Exposure to front-end technologies such as React or Angular for dApp user interfaces.

• Understanding of DeFi protocols, token standards, and on-chain financial primitives.

• Background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or related technical fields.

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in blockchain or Web3 development, with a proven track record in smart contract engineering.

• Deep understanding of Solana’s architecture, including Proof of History (PoH) and parallel runtime.

• Familiarity with blockchain security standards and risk mitigation techniques.

• Self-driven, adaptive, and comfortable working in a fast-changing technical landscape.
