As a Sole Development Production Leader of Decathlon Vietnam, you will be responsible for efficient & reliable industrialization of new compounds to give our shoes the performance that KIPRUN (perf running brand of Decathlon) expects. This would be done through working on the ground, directly with injection/Steam-Chest Molding/SCF suppliers and mold makers.
In detail:
* Push the boundaries of Steam-Chest Molding, Super Critical Foaming (autoclave and injection), Co-molding...
* Work on the implementation of innovative bonding system with shoe factories.
* Build SOP during sole trials
•*Capitalize at every process trial stage (through Decathlon Production Requirements or other standards) and share.
* Increasing the level of understanding & confidence of new foaming processes so it can be duplicated anywhere worldwide
• Work closely with France Bottom Design Team & Sports Teams and suggest construction optimization

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
* Very good know-how on sole processes (CM/IM EVA / SCF / Steam-Chest Molding / StockFit / Bonding...)
* A minimum of 10 years of experience working with innovative foaming processes
* Up-to-date about the trend of sole process (in production and indevelopment)
* Ability to work on 2D/3D to give the advice on sole construction.
* Know how to validate a sole.
* Strong leadership
* Ability & Interest to capitalize
* Able to give & take proactively information
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Chinese & Vietnamese are a plus
* Sport lover
