Solution Architect – Java Full-Stack

RESPONSIBILITES

Design and implement fullstack system architecture:

• Frontend: ReactJS/ VueJS/ Angular

• Backend: Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI/ Django)

• Lead and guide technical teams to ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and on-time delivery.

• Act as a technical bridge between development team and customers: consult, analyze requirements, and propose suitable technical solutions.

• Design and integrate AI solutions into software systems (Object Detection, NLP, LLMs, RAG, Vector Database, etc.).

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline.

• Apply Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, CloudFormation) for cloud-native deployments (AWS / Azure / GCP).

• Define coding standards, architecture guidelines, code review, testing strategy, and security best practices.

• Mentor, coach, and provide technical support to team members (3–10 engineers).

• Evaluate technical trade-offs, propose architecture improvements, refactoring, and process optimization.

Basic Qualifications

Must have

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years as Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or equivalent.

• Strong experience designing and leading fullstack solutions (frontend + backend + cloud).

• Proficient in frontend frameworks (ReactJS / Angular / VueJS) and backend technologies (Java Spring Boot or Python FastAPI/Django).

• Solid understanding of system architecture, performance optimization, security, and complex business logic handling.

• Experience building reusable modules, API Gateway, caching mechanisms, asynchronous processing, and system integration.

• Good understanding of outsourcing software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, technical design, implementation, delivery.

• Hands-on experience in AI solution integration (Object Detection, NLP, LLMs, RAG, Vector Database).

• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud-native architecture, microservices, and serverless.

• Experience working directly with international customers, consulting and presenting technical solutions.

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

• Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and basic discussion with customers).

Nice to have

• AWS/ Azure/ GCP or Kubernetes certifications.

• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and AI inference pipelines.

• Knowledge of DevSecOps and Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

• Experience in pre-sales activities or solution design phases.
