• Develop innovative solutions for warehouse and transport operations
• Ensuring quality, accuracy and timeliness of solution design
• Conduct analysis and develop warehouse layout solution design
• Conduct analysis and develop transport network and solution
• Cost modelling for warehouse operation and transportation solutions
• Support pursuit team and join customer meetings where required
• Resource Model – Estimate labour and equipment/vehicle requirements for warehouse and transport
• Milk run & routing Model – applied for fleet scheduling and fleet requirements in transport
• Cost Model – Commercialisation of solution design and calculating operations budget and commercial charging mechanisms
• Inventory Slotting Model – applied to calculate inventory slotting efficiency in warehouse
• Development of SD Reporting tools as required
* Develop and update SD Database. These contain but not limited to:
• Human Resource Employment Costing by role
• Real estate leasing rates by region
• Leasing costs for equipment and lease
• Vendor services (e.g. Security, cleaning, transport)
• Purchasing costs (e.g. equipment, racking, shelving)

+ Degree/ Masters in relevant discipline
+ 2 to 5 years relevant experience in solution design
+ Senior and Managerial roles preferred 5 years and above in related experiences
+ Experience in other division (e.g. CSI, DGF, etc.) beneficial
+ Sector and practice relevant experience
+ Extensive multi-sector experience
+ Understanding of SD tools, techniques and procedures
+ Warehouse Design
+ Experience in at least one modeling / simulation tool
+ Understanding of the End to End SC Experience
+ Sales Experience
+ An advanced user of tools such as Microsoft Excel to perform complex data analysis
+ Storage and Pick Strategies
