Mô tả công việc
• Discover and develop new local suppliers for raw materials to meet customer needs with better cost, quality, and tax advantages
• Manage supplier performance KPIs on delivery and quality, in collaboration with factories, QA, and lab teams
• Partner with sales and technical teams to resolve issues around quality, pricing, and delivery
• Build and maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships to ensure a resilient supply chain
• Support in managing and solving inventory issues related to excess or slow-moving material
Yêu cầu công việc
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, especially in fabric sourcing
• Strong knowledge of woven, sportswear, or outdoor fabrics is a big plus
• Experience in working with factories, QA, and labs to manage quality performance
• Proactive, data-driven, and skilled in negotiation and problem-solving
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Bravo or similar) and strong Excel skills
• Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency is preferred
