Position Summary

We are seeking a Sourcing Manager of Garment/Accessories in Vietnam to join our dynamic team at Horizon Industrial. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing factories, negotiating prices, managing orders, and inspecting goods. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work effectively online without a physical ofce presence, and may involve occasional business trips.

Job Description

- Source suitable factories for garment and accessory production.

- Negotiate pricing with factories to ensure competitive rates.

- Manage and follow up on incoming orders to ensure timely fulfllment.

- Conduct quality inspections of goods before shipment.

- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and factory representatives.

- Monitor production timelines and address any delays or issues.

- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and product status.

Qualifcations

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in the garment or accessories industry.

- Proven track record of successfully managing supplier relationships.

- Strong negotiation skills and experience with pricing strategies.

- Ability to work independently and efciently in a remote environment.

- Familiarity with quality control processes and inspection protocols.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

- Profciency in using online sourcing tools and platforms.
