Sourcing Quality Technologist

It's a One Year contract Role with a possibility of getting into a indefinite contract

PURPOSE STATEMENT:

• Independently support SQ Engineer to complete assigned projects and tasks:

o Product compliance to regulation and Kingfisher requirements,

packaging and manuals

o Support factory visits and follow-up where necessary

• Good communication with all stakeholders including internal and external

(3rd parties, factories).

• Team player

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow and support the product qualification program decided by SQM / SQE

• Work closely with different stakeholders and functional teams to ensure

assigned tasks are completed on-time, to support project completion

according to CPA and shipments on time.

• Support SQ Engineer to evaluate new products to comply with legal,

company requirements.

• Support new product development in conjunction with different functional

teams.

• Support IM and AW development

• Liaise with vendors and 3rd party testing lab to complete and maintain the

technical files.

• Support SQ Engineer to complete silver and gold seals approval

• Support SQE to investigate customer complaints, identify corrective actions

at technical aspects and work with vendors to implement.

• Support SQ Engineers to ensure QC and suppliers understand company

requirements

• Follow up the agreed corrective action plans with the factories

• Help to maintain technical files as per company requirement

• Participate with other departments, to the conducting of factory audits

a) Work Experience

1~2 years work experience in quality field in relevant product area

b) Skills

• Strong communication and reporting skills – Spoken and Written English is a must

• Strong time and project management skills

• Good computer skills

• Curious and willing to learn and grow

c) Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree holder in engineering discipline, or similar

d) Industrial / Product Knowledge

Relevant products technical & manufacturing knowledge on Electronic and Electrical categories ISO quality system knowledge, QA and QC systems knowledge, experience with European standards & Directives is an advantage

e) Languages

Fluent spoken and written Vietnamese & English is Must

Mandarin is a plus
