- Search potential development sites, connect land lord to management and arrange meeting
- Conduct due diligence of potential development site
- Conduct feasibility analysis
- Write well organized report
- Assist in negotiating price of land and other terms for the acquisition of property
- Have good relationship with local government authorities regarding real estate projects
- Maintain detailed understandings of land laws, and other legal issues related to real estate development in Vietnam.
- Other task assigned by General Director

- Track record of successful project delivery
- Strong understanding of real estate development process, including feasibility analysis, due diligence, IPA process, and permits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent in handling MS OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT)
