Sourcing Staff

Fushan Technology (Foxconn Group) is looking for a Sourcing Staff to manage the procurement of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations materials and services.

Key Responsibilihy

• Source and procure materials, tools, equipment, and services to support maintenance and production activities.

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance.

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors to optimize cost savings and ensure favorable conditions.

• Collaborate closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to understand the requirements.

• Maintain up-to-date procurement records, contracts, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and cost efficiencies.

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields

• English is compulsory, Chinese is a plus

• 1-2 years’ experience of sourcing or procurement

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
