Mô tả công việc

- Analyze strategies and tactics in space management for assigned channel/ categories/ customer

- Develop space management principles/guidelines/ display concept of each Category for both tradition trade and MT base on shopper insight, data, strategies and spaceman expertise

- Work with related team (MKT, CMI, KA…) to create planogram proposal with selling story for each MT customer, keep update with new product launch

- Engage and recommend to customer the optimized planogram proposal and work closely with them to support deployment

- Apply Category Management knowledge for assigned accounts, do category captaincy process for participating retailers

- Track and ensure Company’s visibility competitiveness on market

- Train & Reinforce space management knowledge and skill for related teams

- Capture new technologies/ shopper solutions from global and facilitate to VietNam

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree - Experience in Space management in FMCG company/ in retailer environment/ research company

- Experience with Spaceman software - Logical thinking, customer/ shopper mindset, fast learner – especially in Technology - Good communication and presentation skill

- Eager-to-learn, passionate and thriving people.

- Fluent in English and Microsoft office
