Mô Tả Công Việc

Job purpose

The incumbent of this job is responsible for:
- Handle recruitment & training operation process
- Negotiate with other departments (especially trainer and sales leaders AD+) to handle unqualified cases, exceptional cases, handle objections
- Collaborate with internal departments to implement AO initiatives
- Working with VIDI- MOF for training operation

Major accountabilities

1. Handle recruitment & training operation process to ensure relevant documents are strictly complied with company regulations, including:
- Receive and post check advisor documents for recruitment & training
- Provide instruction and support for training & recruitment process
- Record/modify advisor profile and training profile to system
- File hard copy of training documents
- Provide certificates, name card, name tag to advisors
- Submit documents to MOF for post check monthly
2. Negotiate with agency development (AD+) and trainer to handle unqualified cases, exceptional case, handle objections related to training (for licensing) result
3. Collaborate with internal departments (IT, Procument, Legal, Compliance…) to implement AO initiatives/project
4. Standardize/ build training operation procedure
5. Work with trainer, VIDI center for traning plan, training result update

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Specialized knowledge

1. Knowledge:
- Knowledge on Life insurance, business administration
- Computer skill (Microsoft Office)

2. Skill:
- Effective communication
- Logical thinking
- Service oriented
- Able to work under high pressure and willing to work overtime.
- Multi-task

Problem solving

- Clear understanding of agency model and training process to provide specific recommendations to achieve Agency’s recruitment strategic plans
- Dealing with Sales leaders and Trainer
- Courtersy communication

Education and experience

1. Education:
- University degree, preferably in Economics/ Finance/ Business Administration.
2. Experience:
- At least 02 year of working experience in business administration (preferably in Life Insurance)

Communication scope

- Regular interaction with conductors to execute agency training
- Other departments: legal, compliance, IT, quality assurance and other distribution channels
- Collaborate with MOF officer related to examination regulations

Metrics
Key KPI:
- Manage Error rate in post check training and recruitment documents: 5%
- Manage Turn-around-time (TAT) in processing operation requests as standard in Operating Manual
- Deliver initiatives/project on time
- Reduce positive feedback form other departments
- Complete ad-hoc task as assigned
