This role is designed to take charge of ensuring effective implementation of bancassurance training administration activities. This role also requires the coordination with other departments in order to ensure the smooth-running process between departments in daily tasks.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Ensure the accurate and timely upload and download of the data of the learners in and from the system of SLV and/or VIDI (Vietnam Insurance Development Institute) as requirements.
2. Ensure sufficient and effective provision of necessary logistic items to training courses.
3. Be a focal point of Banca Training to communicate with learners and services providers within the scope of works as assigned.
4. Consolidate data reports on training activities as assigned.
5. Support the planning of regular and ad-hoc training activities.
6. Check data & documents to ensure the accuracy of training documents & training process.
7. Live support on CSOD to promptly assist leaners with problems encountered.
8. Support other tasks required by department
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
• Fast learning, especially on the e-learning system, data management system
• Good skills at Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organization and planning skills
• Carefully & precisely at works
• Fluent Vietnamese, good reading/writing English is a plus
• Matured, self-confident
• Positive working attitude and able to influence others
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while working with ambiguity
• High resilience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• University graduated is required
• Preferable having experience in training admin /operation
• Preferable have experience in life insurance or bancassurance
