Specialist, Business Analyst

Overview

This role is designed for a solution-driven Business Analyst capable of owning end-to-end initiatives across multiple business units in a fast-changing real-estate ecosystem.

You will act as a bridge between Business – IT – Vendors, ensuring that requirements are clarified, solutions are practical, and projects are delivered with quality and accountability.

Responsibility

1. Business Analysis:

• Conduct requirement elicitation through workshops, interviews, observations, and process analysis.

• Analyze business processes and identify pain points, providing feasible solution options aligned with operational and strategic goals.

• Prepare functional documentation, including business requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, business rules, data mapping, and UI/UX wireframes (Figma.

• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and vendors to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with the proposed solution.

• Support and coordinate UAT activities: test scenario review, defect tracking, validation, and acceptance sign-off.

• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and are operationally viable

2. Project Management Support:

• Own the planning activities within the assigned scope: requirement clarification, timeline estimation, risk identification, and dependency mapping.

• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure project activities progress according to plan

• Monitor and follow up on tasks assigned in the project, escalating issues to the Supervisor/Project Manager when necessary.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned modules/features to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

• Manage change requests within assigned scope and assess impacts on timeline and deliverables

• Support project closure, including documentation of lessons learned and improvement proposals

3. Prepare project reports, requirement traceability matrices, risk logs, and progress updates as required by the Supervisor/PM.

4. Other:

• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager based on the evolving needs of the business at a particular time.

• Proactively propose improvements to business processes or implementation methodologies.

Required skills and behaviors

1. Background / Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management, specifically in real estate-related applications.

2. Specific job skills

TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

• Strong understanding of BA techniques: process mapping, root-cause analysis, requirement elicitation.

• Hands-on with PM tools: Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, or equivalents.

• Familiarity with SDLC (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).

• Experience in real estate domain is a strong advantage (Booking, CRM, ERP, Sales cycles,…) is a strong advantage.

• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.

• Understanding of API, data mapping, integration flows (preferred).
