Proactively assist under the direction of the Corporate Communications Lead and Function Head in fulfilling key responsibilities:
Corporate Reputation Management:
• Develop and execute engaging content for public relations stories and internal communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with our corporate vision and branding objectives. Experience in the insurance and finance sectors is advantageous.
• Write, edit, and prepare press releases, speeches, and reports that effectively articulate the company’s values, CSR initiatives, and business expansion strategies.
• Design and implement robust internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement and reinforce our corporate reputation.
Strategic Communications Support:
• Regularly review and update quarterly corporate bullet points and talking point materials to support internal and external meetings and events, ensuring they align with corporate and brand communication strategies.
• Collaborate with senior executives to develop impactful narratives and talking points for thought-leadership, stakeholder engagements, and media interactions.
Awards and Public Engagement Activities:
• Prepare application materials and liaise with award organizers for corporate credibility and recognition initiatives, ensuring timely submission and comprehensive final reviews.
• Coordinate logistics and representation for CLVN at award ceremonies and significant industry events.
Community Engagement and CSR:
• Organize and execute CSR initiatives, partnering with charity organizations to support our ESG commitments.
• Assist in drafting proposals and logistics for engagements with media, partners, and community organizations.
Reporting for Corporate Activities:
• Assist under the leadership of the Corporate Communications Lead in preparing comprehensive reports on corporate activities, communication efforts, and engagement outcomes to assess effectiveness and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy in reporting on various corporate initiatives and projects.
Branding and Marketing Support:
• Collaborate with project leads to create, edit, and review content and marketing materials that reinforce our corporate positioning across various platforms, including mainstream and social media.
• Serve as the logistics coordinator for branding and communications events in conjunction with the Event & Activation team.
Administrative Support:
• Manage relationships with external agencies and service providers, ensuring smooth operations and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the administrative team on PR/Communications-related tasks, including contract management and payment processes.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, or content development.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to create tailored content for diverse audiences and platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with the life insurance industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments, with a capacity to adapt to changing situations.
