Specialist, Design Coordination

1 Support Project Manager, Senior Specialist in design & schedule management

2 Coordinate with Design Consultant, Sales & Marketing Division to give out products matched with customer requirement. Have ability to put in idea to improve project value with cost control.

3 Coordinate with Design Consultant to ensure the quality of design document in each stage follow approved schedule, review the compliance of design document to checklist & PMH requirement

4 Coordinate with Design Consultant and Project Service Department for all submission procedure.

5 Coordinate with Commercial Department during design stage, tender work.

6 Coordinate with Construction Management Department for site checking & inspection; give out realistic option base on site situation to deal with issue happen by design conflict.

Coordinate with Commercial Department, Construction Management Department to review material and other documents related to design (RFIs, shop drawings,..) during construction stage.

7 Carry out other tasks assigned by direct Manager.

Education: Architect

Experience: Above 5 years

Specialized skills:

• Experience in Design field at least 3 years, prefer the experienced in owner position.

• Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Naviswork (opportunity) - Proficient in office software: Word, Excel, Power Point, MS project (preferred)

• English: Good

• Confidence, flexible, good in communication & presentation skills.

• Ability to independent work, good in interaction & collaboration.

• Problem solving, handle appointed issues on time with good result

Soft skills

• Skill in connecting, coordinating and managing design sectors - Ability to dealing with multitask

• Sharp thinking & innovative ideas; observability, analysis, judge & synthesis ability

• Planning, monitoring & reporting skills.
