- Operate all alignments with regions.
- Manage, follow up with regions about sales volumes, promotions, sales out.
- Report monthly, quarterly and yearly to Line Manager.
- Do sales plans with regions monthly, quarterly and yearly.
2. Internal cooperation
- Cooperate with all departments of trading companies.
- Collaborate with Trade, Marketing, Logistics, etc. to get deals with customers.
- Act as centralized person for saluting between region and customers.
- Inform budget details per month and align the budget with each region.
- Support regions for any issues in the market.
3. Customers
- Set up plan for meetings with other departments.
- Set up plan with customers to push sales and branding as the internal guideline.
- Make investment plan with customers per year to develop partnership.
- Follow up and push customers about payment on time.
- Build plans and ideas to process JBP with customers.
- Looking for new Modern Trade customers to sell in.
- Follow up with old customers to win deals in contracts per year.
4. Learning
- Share and coach sales team in each region.
- Implement coaching skills plan for region.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 4-year experience as Key Account Manager, preferably Modern Trade (Supermarkets/ Convenience Stores) at multinational FMCG company.
- Experience in HORECA would be an advantage.
- Good English 4 skills and computer skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to start work immediately (preferably).
