1. Market Analysis
• Review and evaluate competitions’ products and market trend.
• Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.
2. Financial Product development
• Review and evaluate the existing products efficiency in the market situation and make necessary adjustment in order to meet the client’s needs.
• Lead the overall process to develop new products (Financial products)
• Provide support to the development company required documentations, proposals and reports.
• Introduce new products to the respective managers for implementation.
• Regular reporting to management.
3. Promotion Activities
• Work with marketing team and sales departments to create promotion.
• Measure promotion effectiveness and optimize if needed.
• Communication with broker team to explain promotions, regulations, policies’ direction, purpose, conditions, cautions.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
2. Certificate:
• Brokerage license
3. Others:
• Proven experience working as a person in charge of financial product.
• At least 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
• A good working knowledge of security companies’ regulations, standards, and procedures, Product.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, spontaneous participation, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsibilities, enthusiasm, dynamism, honesty, rationality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication skills (English)
