Specialist, Talent Acquisition

KEY OBJECTIVES:

• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding (in coordination with HR Specialists).

• Develop and maintain talent acquisition policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with HR Specialists to identify critical positions and build talents pool.

• Lead all projects related to CSR, sustainability, community engagement.

KEY DUTIES:

• Assist business with key steps of the talent acquisition process including interview assistance, performing first screening of candidate profiles, identifying shortlisted candidates and conducting interviewing activities, tests and personality assessments to ensure capability of potential candidate.

• Implement talent acquisition strategy for full cycle recruitment.

• Ensure talent acquisition process is aligned with policies and procedures.

• Build strength on talents pool of critical positions.

• Analyze efficiency talent acquisition channel to supply the potential candidate.

• Prepare offer recommendation and get approval from authorized person.

• Collaborate on strategic creative content/campaigns related to PPV strategy cascading, values, transformation by utilizing strategic comms technique to effectively reach out and provide understanding to the aimed target groups inside and outside PPV.

• Execute sourcing strategies/ techniques through all media channel to build qualified candidates pipeline and strengthen talents resource pool.

• Bachelor’s in human resource, Business Administration or related field

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the recruitment / talent acquisition field

• Experience in recruitment agency is preferred

• Creative job posting with storytelling ability

• Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial)

• Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively with the organization
