Within your defined territory, you will deliver strong account development with Specifiers through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies which build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the accounts.
1. Support the Sales team in technical tasks at the client office or at the construction site
2. Make presentations about the features, performance, and capabilities of Hilti products
3. Update product changes and improvements for the company and customers
4. Perform specifications of Hilti products at the construction site to answer customer questions and increase the likelihood of successful purchases
5. Supports Hilti events and other related tasks
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• A minimum 2-3 years’ experience in engineering
• Membership (or eligibility) to Institute of Engineers Australia
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, staff motivation and leadership are desirable.
• Requires wide business experience and extensive knowledge of the company’s activities, with the ability to innovate and to communicate ideas effectively.
• Maintains a persuasive and credible presentation style.
• Ability to work to time lines and deliver superior results also under pressure
• Effective planning to maximize productivity and customer-facing time
