Job Description
• Identify key architects, consultants, developers who are contributing the major projects in construction industry.
• Classify the target architects, consultants, developers to determine where the team can put their focus and improve spec selling accuracy.
• Do frequently visiting of architects, consultants, developers to provide excellent services, necessary information.
• Understand deeply customer needs and offer the right values.
Establish strong business relationship with key project specifiers – engineers, architects, developers, consultants, project owners, government agencies.
• Visit & maintain visibility at targeted specifiers
• Identify who should be the focused customers
• Build trust to secured customers through our professional consultant service
Perform consultancy for specific projects and do some necessary activities ie mini workshop, technical training, testimonial, demonstration, etc
• Organize product introduction workshops, seminars, etc aiming to impacting and influencing specifiers.
• Decide proper sponsor activities for specifiers who strongly refer to use AN products
Actively protect secured specification to effectively support sales team to bring back actual sales volume:
• Maintain good relationship with architects, developers, consultants
• Approach projects timely to provide excellent solutions
• Coordinate between Sales Team & specifiers to make sure secured specification become actual sales
Effective team management
• Organize team
• Build road map for team members on both the functional and soft skills development
• Identify talent for development
Job Requirements
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Successful track record (minimum 7 years) in direct sales of a technical construction product.
• Good interpersonal skill
• Widely network in construction industry
• Approach existing and potential specifiers in the specification of products
• Influenced written and oral communications skills - presentation and public speaking abilities in both of English and Vietnamese.
• Develop & perform effectively sales presentations to potential specifiers
• Technically competent in construction methods and standards, including: specifications, material selection processes and key (sales critical) construction phase(s) preferred.
