TikTok Vietnam Operation Sport team is the local content arm of Global Operations & Marketing organization. Serving the VN market, this team is focused on delivering localized sport strategies, sport content partnerships, sport partner performance optimization, and sport partner program management. All of this to help deliver on our broader global commitment to understanding and championing the needs of our creators and communities while building a strong and trusted global brand that celebrates the diversity of our users and & our platform.
Job Descriptions:
- Being able to define localized sports content strategy and establish a sustainable content ecosystem that fits local tastes and preferences.
- In charge of creative content programs that will drive key metrics growth and add positive impact on both in-app sports content & out-app brand awareness
- Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement of onboarded content creators.
- Track, analyze and optimize the performance of community development efforts including community size, active rate, content quality, product adoption, video views and audience growth.
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, etc.) to drive strategic community growth in both creator numbers & content ecosystem.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 1-3 years experience working with sport creators, developing communities and familiar with influence marketing, MCN, KOLs, social media, local culture and Internet development trends.
- Outstanding communication skills, presentation and problem-solving, enjoy communication with content creators and deliver daily support with strong user-driven mindset.
- Experienced in the local sports industry with existing relationships with local sports partners. Ability to take ownership of the whole partner and creator acquisition process (pitching, acquisition, retention, partnership).
- Familiar with data, measurement, and analysis in order to draw insights from dashboards, report on them, and derive recommendations.
- TikTok evangelist – you need to be passionate about the community, genuinely enjoy and are ready to engage with the product & the community.
