Sr. Buyer/ Assistant Manager

1. To carry out procurement for new project development for current accounts;

2. To convert PR to PO timely and provided accuracy delivery commitment;

3. To monitor & reinforce On Time Delivery performance with suppliers;

4. To support & participate for material availability to meet customers’ requirement;

5. To maintain accuracy information for MPR parameter;

6. To maintain a good filing system;

7. Meeting T&D requirement to improve self ability;

8. Maintenance good & health relationship with both suppliers & internal customers;

9. To perform other jobs assignment by his/her superior;

10. To attend and complete training on safety aspects as required by his/her jobs;

11. To perform his/her duties with according to the safety working processes and practices;

12. To report any unsafe condition or any accident to his/her superior immediately.

1. Graduated from college or higher. Mechanical major is preferred

2. More than 3 years of experience in mechanical material procurement, mechanical background is preferred

3. Good English, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

4. Proficient in Excel operation, familiar with various report preparation and proficient in report analysis.

5. Serious work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, down-to-earth and rigorous, proactive, and able to adapt flexibly;

6. Strong communication and coordination skills, good organizational and management abilities, able to maintain a good working state under significant pressure.
