Job responsibilities

• Manage and direct the entire Commercialize team to ensure that all Sample size of New Styles being Developed and Approved from R&D team including all internal/external Production Transfer styles are properly Commercialized without problems for on-time transitioning into massive Production follow Company’s processes/procedures, and timeline.

• Ensure that all Extreme and Full sizes upper pattern grading works of a style are properly follow correct size or group grading scales based on the approved Sample size from R&D, Designs, Concepts, Aesthetics, and Fitting.

• Manage and follow through the Commercialization data report to Ensure on-time execute Basic-Fit samples, Extreme-fit samples, and full-sizes Stock-fitting trials.

• Promotes internal Departments and External Communications including partner Factories, sub-contractors, international liaison offices, and the USA home Office.

• Lead and Provide Commercialize Staffs with workable solutions to handle challenge designs and technical difficulty constructions of a style while maintain the Original creative Design theme and its intents.

• Hold Factories accountable on high performance level of all styles Commercialize, fit-test, and wear-test follow Company’s procedures and process.

• Ensure good Team-work and smooth Communication throughout internal and external teams, professional acting to bridge-up the Spirit alive among the teams.

• Lead Communication with Technicians and Fit-test Managers in Head-quarter office to ensure receive promptly responding/feed-backs of fit-testing as needed without holding-up commercialization process flow.

• Lead Communication with China Commercialize Team as well as internal Departments Leaders in Skechers Vietnam office to insure all are on the same page.

• Ensure ON-TIME Commercialization of all styles after received Production orders Notice (PN)

• Provide the right suggestion/solution and constructive process of how to build better massive products to internal Teams and respective Factories.

• Manage and follow through issues/problems/solutions of styles with direct report Staffs, internal teams, and respective Factories to ensure smooth transition style into Production for ON-TIME products delivery to meet Customers demand.

• Day-to-day Oversee and Manage direct reporters to ensure their responsibility is fulfilled.

• Promptly raise the flag to higher Managers’ level if there is problem/issue raised and needs their immediate attention.

• Possesses a solid foundation in development aspects of footwear manufacturing and related processes to footwear development.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

• Ability to effectively prioritize workload.

• Exceptional ability to work independently and efficiently with various related departments .

• Possesses a sense of responsibility and ownership.

Job qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in footwear Commercialization.

• Strong understanding of footwear Commercialization processes.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, Chinese is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, Zoom, PLM, etc.
