Sr. PDE Engineer

1. Compile and maintain technical engineering document (including Customer specification, BOM, ECN, DN, EER) for all product;

- Review the details of customer specification document and clearly explain to internal team

- Assess BOM according to customer requirements

- Release and execute ECN or DN document per customer/engineering requirements

2. VT Conduct

⁃ Lead the sample build during EVT&DVT&MVT stage

⁃ Regularly work with customer related to design, product specification and sample build commitment

⁃ Perform DFM with cross-function team to optimize the product design

⁃ Regularly work with supplier and WELCO China counterparts for technical support

⁃ Lead the production line preparation plan according to project qualification milestone

⁃ Lead regular engineering review meeting with internal team to resolve any defects/issues of every sample build as well as data review before shipment to customer

⁃ Perform evaluation per customer, process, and supplier request to support the project stability

3. Technical support for production;

⁃ MRB support;

⁃ Failure analysis support;

⁃ Supply chain management support;

⁃ IFICA&SCCAS support.

4. Ensure work process and machinery and tooling design are of safety standard;

5. Compile with the safety procedure and requirements as laid down.

⁃ U-graduate in Electronic / Mechanical / System Engineering

⁃ Similar experience in EMS factories (PCBA manufacturing experienced is an advantage)

⁃ Can communicate in English
