Các Phúc Lợi Dành Cho Bạn
Mô Tả Công Việc
• Ship features designed entirely by you. You’ll be expected to take ownership of all your work. You'll need to talk to customers, cooperate with engineers, and collaborate with others. You may need to run workshops, user testing sessions or other methodologies you prefer. Of course, other designers (and the rest of the team!) will support you every step of the way, but we're not looking for people that just follow orders.
• Shape the direction of our products. Your work now will likely be influential for quite a few years. You may be working on improving an existing feature, conceptualizing something new, or fundamentally rethinking how something works. You will have plenty of opportunities to bring new perspectives to your team.
• Contribute to our design language. Products move faster when there is a common design language and style guide so that designers can spend more time on more important things instead of ensuring all the dropdowns look and behave consistently.

• Solid design skills. Having a solid grasp of interaction and visual design fundamentals to ensure the product is intuitive (through competitor analysis, awareness of best practices in the design field) will make it easier for you to work with your team. We are using Figma as our primary design tool. Frankly, we don't care much about the tools you use as long as it doesn’t disrupt your team’s workflow

• And last, but not the least, we always treat people with respect, so we expect you to do the same.
