(Sr) Tech/qa Manager- Apparel

· To own strong knowledge and practical experience with Technical, Quality Manual, Process, SOP, Quality and Technical requirements, like Target, Walmart, SAMS Club, Costco, JCP, Levi’s, Docker, PVH, CK, TH, US buyers, UK Buyers, Australia Buyers, etc.

· To own strong capabilities in tailoring products like coats, trench coats, blazers, pants, skirts, dresses, swims shorts, shirts, swimwear, intimates, knits basic and fashion, woven top and bottom, outerwear, sweater, etc.

· To lead the communications of technical, quality with the buyers, internal and external parties in order to ensure all is clear for sample development and bulk production properly and correctly.

· To be accountable to check, review, approve Fit, PPS, TOP, Shipping Samples to ensure 100% Technical and quality as required and expected by the buyers.

· To own the practical experience and knowledge of pattern and design and sample development, to work with the buyer and the suppliers. 3D practical experience is a plus.

· To work closely with CFT teams to advance and share knowledge and best practice and ensure consistent execution in the region, risk assessment, risk management, etc.

· To be proficient in MS office, WFX, PLM, or fast learner to new systems, process, SOP of buyers and the company.

· To be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.

· To travel region and occasional travel to factories, head office, customer locations when required.
