Store Manager

- Oversee daily store operations and manage retail staff to ensure a high level of customer service.

- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures among all staff members.

- Actively participate in sales activities and assist customers with product inquiries and selections.

- Ensure compliance with retail regulations and maintain a positive shopping environment.

- Manage inventory

- Coordinate with upper management to communicate store performance and challenges.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers effectively.

- Develop promotional strategies to enhance store visibility and sales.

- Foster a collaborative and engaging team culture that promotes growth and learning.

- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in the musical instrument industry.

- English Fluency (communication)

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration.

- Proficient in inventory management and sales tracking.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Knowledge of musical instruments and education systems is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.

Working hours

Monday - Friday (10:00 to 19:00), Saturday - Sunday (8:00 to 20:00)

Saturday and Sunday work in shifts, 1 day off per week of your choice.
