Store Manager (Interior & Home Decor)

- Manage and be responsible for sales results, personnel and all activities of the store (140 m2, 3 employees)

- Schedule work, check in and out of employees in the store, allocate KPIs to each employee in the store to achieve sales targets

- Manage revenue, costs, gross profit and ensure operations achieve sales targets

- Develop and implement business development plans at the store to increase market share and sales, increase frequency and purchasing power of customers

- Plan and implement sales for online channels such as Website, Facebook, Instagram including: order management, order confirmation

- Coordinate with the delivery department in tracking and transferring orders

- Coordinate with related departments to implement promotional programs, display goods or follow company policies

- Manage inventory in the warehouse to avoid loss

- Ensure display, hygiene and safety are carried out according to Company regulations

- Perform Periodic or ad hoc sales reports as required

- Other tasks assigned by the Manager

1/ Work location: flexible between District 11 office & District 1 store

- Q11 office: 20th floor, Flemington Building, 182 Le Dai Hanh, Ward 15, District 11

- Q1 store: 3rd floor, Parkson Shopping Center, 35-45 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1

2/ Working hours: Rotating shifts, 5.5 days/week, 1.5 days off/week

3/ Requirements:

- College degree or higher

- 3-5 years of equivalent management experience in the Retail sector, experience in the interior industry is an advantage

- Bright appearance, agile, dynamic, hard-working style

- Communicative English
