Strategic & Planning Lead

Act as a Business Intelligence partner for the Commercial team, managing category and brand solutions, and categories shopper insights, proposing actionable plan, and supporting Commercial Directors with data-driven decisions to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze category and brand performance (sales, margin, pricing, promotions, assortment).

• Deliver regular performance dashboards and insights to support business planning and decision-making.

• Analyze market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitors to identify growth opportunities and risks.

• Partner with Commercial Directors, Commercial Finance Business Partner (Revenue Growth Managers), and Service teams to translate analytics into commercial actions.

• Maintain data accuracy across dashboards and BI tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.).

• Collaborate with Finance and Tech/Data teams to automate reporting and improve decision-making.

• Provide strategic insights and ad-hoc analysis to support innovation, business cases, and growth strategies.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

2. Experience: 3–5 years in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or category management, preferably in FMCG, Beauty, or F&B.

3. Competencies:

• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and collaborative.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

• Commercial acumen and understanding of category performance drivers.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Business-minded with the ability to connect insights to growth actions and influence decisions effectively.
