1. Compensation and benefits:
- Prepare the deep analysis that supports building competitive compensation and benefits programs, schemes, mechanisms/systems for different groups in the organization.
- Effectively review and continuously enhance all compensation and benefits programs to ensure sustainability and competitive relevance.
- Review and propose actions to ensure Rewards philosophy and principles are well implemented in practice.
- Provide clear/appropriate guidelines for key stakeholders for better understanding and smooth operation.
- Implement compensation and benefits communication to be more attractive for both internal and external stakeholders.
2. Health and wellbeing:
- Support the development of the Health & Wellbeing program from analyzing insights to developing solutions and its implementation plan.
- Drive the implementation of the Health & Wellbeing program together with frequent tracking and monitoring of its effectiveness.
- Effectively review and continuously enhance all Health & Wellness programs to ensure sustainability and competitive relevance.
- Maintain the current benefits operations and provide new initiatives for improvement in terms of health & wellness.
- Work effectively with related HR functions and third parties to update market trends/best practices and apply them to our organization.
- Continuously enhance effective communication for our Health & Wellness program internally and externally.
3. Team Management and Development:
- Recruit, develop, and coach direct reports for performance.
- Conduct and document regular performance reviews and an annual review as well as regular personal/career development discussions with direct reports, following the agreed Prudential Performance Management Process.
4. Other tasks as assigned by managers:

- University degree
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Rewards COE or Rewards Management
- Good understanding in Vietnam Labour market and Labour code
- Good understanding and experience in salary structure, benefits and compensation policy development, surveys/benchmarking and job evaluation systems
- Good analytical and data interpretation
- Design thinking
