Report to: Director
ERALDA is a British family-owned sourcing and supply chain partner for premium global apparel brands. We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and tech-savvy person to help build structure behind our business growth. This role supports the Director in Vietnam turning ideas, plans, and meetings into organized action. You’ll make sure everything between idea and execution runs smoothly: systems, follow-up, and clarity.
Your Role
• Organize and track new business, plans, and deadlines
• Maintain data, reports, and CRM systems
• Follow up with teams, customers, and vendors to keep actions on track
• Support trip planning, company coordination, and culture activities
Yêu cầu công việc
• Young, motivated, fluent in English
• Strong with Excel and organization tools (Notion, CRM, Google Workspace, Power Point)
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
• Warm, positive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment, multitasking key
Compensation
• Salary: Negotiable
• Bonus: Based on performance and project delivery
