RESPONSIBILITIES/ JOB DESCRIPTION: - STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION: o Develop strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company goals o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies o Create financial models and projections to support strategic decision-making - BUSINESS & RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT: o Stay updated on market trends and changes, scan relevant industries, and stakeholders for potential collaboration opportunities o Develop and implement marketing strategies, activities, and documents o Coordinate new businesses, including sourcing, product/application positioning, proposals & presentation, relationship maintenance - GRANT & FUNDING APPLICATION: o Research and identify potential grant opportunities o Develop grant proposals to effectively communicate the business model o Deliver pitches/presentations to demonstrate the business potential & impact - Other ad-hoc tasks by requests (e.g., internal sharing & training, data processing & report, etc.)

- EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE: o Bachelor’s degree from top Vietnamese or foreign universities with majors in Business, Food/Animal Science, Biotechnology o AT LEAST 2 YEARS of relevant experience. Preferably with strong Strategy/ Project Coordination/ Business Development background o IELTS 6.5 or equivalent (Fluency in English is a must) - SKILL SET & ATTITUDE: o Strong interpersonal & communication skills o Logical/critical thinking & Problem-solving skills o Ability to multitask, work under pressure, teamwork with high responsibility and adaptability o Active listening, self-containing, self-learning and proactive
