1. Drive content strategy, alignment and prioritization across the discipline. Establish strategy across the team by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
2. Audit and strengthen foundation of operations. Identify and implement additional operations improvements across the team. Support Team Development/Community Development
3. Drive weekly meetings to align on team initiatives, drive meeting agendas, track action items and share out relevant information with broader team
4. Short-term to long-term planning & execution. Campaign performance tracking and analysis
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. 2-5 years of working experiences in media, technology, marketing or sales
2. Experience in working for matrix organizations & ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders
3. Be able to work as a coordinator and a supporter. Collaborative team player, action oriented and strong drive for results
4. Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written)
5. Skillful in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Data Dashboard and Data Analysis preferred
