Student Services Executive

The Student Services Executive manages the full student lifecycle, including registration, enrolment, student records, welfare, discipline, and communication with students, parents, and academic teams.

The role organizes student activities and events, facilitates internships and industry engagement, provides counselling for prospective students, and collaborates with admissions and sales teams to support recruitment and engagement.

Key tasks including:

1. Student Service Operations

2. Event, activities and Student Engagement

3. Internship and Industry Engagement support

4. Enrollment and Prospective student counselling

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business Administration, Hospitality or related fields is an advantage).

• 1–2 years of experience in student services, customer service, or administrative roles.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work with students, parents and multiple departments/stake holders.

• Good English communication; experience with office software.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, international environment.
