Study Abroad Counsellor/recruitment Manager (Ho Chi Minh City)-CA Programs

• Identify and recruit new agents to expand CAN-ACHIEVE’s network for Canadian programs.

• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to boost the company’s brand recognition.

• Organize promotional events and activities to engage potential students and agents.

• Maintain relationships with existing agents and provide them with necessary support.

• Monitor market trends and provide insights to adapt strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing and recruitment goals.

• Prepare reports on outcomes of recruitment initiatives and marketing campaigns.

• Represent CAN-ACHIEVE at educational fairs and networking events.

• Conduct presentations to prospective agents and partners about our programs.

• Support students during the application process and respond to inquiries proactively.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, marketing, or business development.

• Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of the study abroad process and Canadian education programs.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

• Proficiency in marketing strategies and tools.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.

• Previous experience in the education industry is a plus.

• An established network in the education sector is highly desirable.
