OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
- Manage the toller’s performance and process in terms of production, quality control and production’s safety
- Conduct color development / sample creation
- Perform technical service tasks when required
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES
Production & Quality Control
- Oversee to ensure the toller’s production and quality control process to be carried out, following BASF’s SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures).
- Monitor the toller’s performance following the agreed KPIs. Analyze and coordinate with toller to enhance production’s performance and safety.
- Oversee the toller’s document management procedure to ensure efficient document control (SOP, COA, production reports . . .).
- Physically manage the raw materials and finished goods at toller’s site in collaboration with internal Supply chain team.
Color Development
- Conduct color development/sample creation to support new business development and/or respond to urgent local request, using the lab facility of toller.
- Keep record of developed colors/samples.
Technical Service
- Support to perform technical service at the customers’ sites when required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Degree, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management
- At least 3-year experiences in production/ color development
- Solid knowledge in coatings processing / color development
- Good communication skills in English
- Good at MS Office applications
