1. Nhiệm vụ chính (Key Accountabilities):
To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Supplier Management team, ensuring the smooth execution of supplier management activities, documentation, and daily operational tasks. The Administrator will help relieve leadership from routine and time-consuming tasks, enabling them to focus on strategic supplier development and business growth initiatives.
2. Mô tả công việc chi tiết (Detail Job Responsibilities):
- Administrative tasks relating to suppliers & their products in charge by SM team: DSM, T&L, Ingredion, Givaudan,…: documents, samples, price updates, etc.
- Track and manage documentation related to suppliers, including certificates, statements, and contract renewals.
- Monitor the validity of supplier documents and proactively coordinate renewals or extensions.
- Be a key user of CRM tool (SalesForce) of SM department to extract data for the teams, to instruct team using the tool the most efficiently.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support the organization of supplier-related events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Manage correspondence, filing, and archiving of supplier-related documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and supplier visits.
- Maintain up-to-date supplier lists, scorecards, and performance records.
- Support the collection and analysis of supplier data (from Finance Dept, incl. import data) for reporting and decision-making.
- Communication and Coordination
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for supplier management activities.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on best practices in supplier management administration.
- Other Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supplier Management Director or Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from university with a major in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or Office Administration.
- Experience working in testing laboratories, chemical companies, food ingredient companies, or related fields.
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills
