Supplier Management Assistant Manager

OVERVIEW:

Process Design & Optimization:

• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency

• Apply manufacturing principles and methodologies to eliminate waste and improve

workflow.

Capacity & Layout Planning:

• Review plant layouts and production lines for optimal material flow and space

utilization.

• Conduct time studies and capacity analysis to support production planning.

Technology & Automation:

• Identify opportunities for implementation of manufacturing technologies.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

• Prepare reports and present findings to management for decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless global operations.

• Manage relationships with OEMs, vendors and partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• 3–7 years in industrial or manufacturing engineering roles.

• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Proven experience in lean manufacturing and process optimization.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Multilingual capabilities preferred.

• Strategical thinking with Leadership proof

• With Eng. background and fast learning.

• Fluent verbal, written and presentation skills in English

• Strong experience in Supply Chain optimization

• With project management experience

• Rich experience in cost structure cost model build.

• Entrepreneur mind set and proof good ethical
