Supplier Quality Engineer

Overview: In charge of all the work regarding the quality of incoming material and supplier management.

Responsibilities:

- Supplier & Quality Management: Handle quality issues, coordinate with suppliers, and prepare monthly/annual quality reports. Perform on-site audit of new supplier, guide supplier for quality improvement.

- Report Review & Analysis: Regularly review quality reports (incoming inspection, 8D, issue data) and lead problem-solving effort.

- Daily Inspection: Set up the IQC team, define roles, and ensure adherence to protocols and testing methods.

- Tools & Maintenance: Verify new devices/tools, calibration, create SIPs, QC protocol

- ISO & Procedure Compliance: Monitor compliance with ISO/company procedures and improvements where needed.

- ECN & Updates: Participate in ECN meetings and ensure the QC team understands and follows changes.

- Other Tasks: Handle additional assignments from management as needed.

Education: College or above

Related Experience: 2 – 3 years or above

Knowledge & Skill:

- Testing Tools: Proficient in using calipers, Height gauge, pulling force meters, micrometers, projectors, etc.

- Laboratory: Familiar with equipment such as tensile strength, salt spray, and zipper durability tests…

- 2D Drawings: Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

- ISO Quality System: Understanding of ISO procedures and quality management systems.

Supplier Audit Skill

English skill: Reading, making report, can speak English will be preferable.

• Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
