Supply Chain Coordinator

1. Coordination:

- Factory: Sales Order Process

- Logistics Partner

- Supply Chain Manager

2. Analysic

- Stock Status

- Costing/Cost analysic

- Functions (Safety/any issue)

3. Salesforce coordination:

5. Work closely with 3PL Warehouse to ensure proper material handling/management & inventory reporting.

6. Do random check physical stock at 3PL warehouse where required.

7. Take initiatives to improve inventory management & reducing cost at 3PL warehouses.

8. Work closely with Sales Accounts/Sales team/3PL WH for delivery products to customers in assigned areas and monitor delivery status.

9. Ensure primary transfer & secondary delivery processes are followed: system, documents, communication.

10. Collect and check rental & freight cost documents with 3PL warehouse & submit for approval.

11. Prepare and joint monthly meeting with 3PL warehouse.

12. Other tasks required by Manager.

- Graduation: Intermediate or higher majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting

- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in warehouse management.

- Proficient in office computer skills: Word, Excel; Basic SAP is a plus point.

- Priority will be given to candidates who can speak English. Be able to solve arising problems Honest, agile, enthusiastic, responsible, good communication, able to work under pressure and ready to work late to close month end.
