- Strategically manage Distribution Center (DC) in compliance with company’s policies and vision. To initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal DC operational policies, SOP’s & procedures, while adhering to warehousing, handling and distribution legislation requirements
- Budget: Prepare annual budget for DC, transportation (forward & reverse logistics), and controlling DC cost within yearly budget, maintain cost-efficiency
- New Project / Store rollout: delivery new project / store rollout & its completion, per business expected target
- Plan DC Capacities: In accordance to the business needs, calculate DC capacities based on seasonal, yearly increase and periodically define the capacity of physical space, equipment and manpower needed for the same. Plan DC space capacity for inbound & outbound (online & offline order processing), efficient space utilization
- Receipt: Monitor the Inbound Process starting from the process of receiving stock from Suppliers and Store, placed on DC rack. This include the quantity and quality of the merchandises in order to align the goods received compared to what listed on the PO form (Shape, colour, SKU, serial number)
- Forward Logistics: Managing end to end outbound order life cycle and ensuring the alignment of goods delivered in accordance to order, quantity & quality (SKU, serial number, address, etc). Monitor the process starting from order acknowledgement to picking, packing, ship, delivered
- Reverse Logistics: Coordinate regrouping logistic, maintain return product records & delivery performance, quantity & quality (SKU, Serial number etc)
- Stock Accuracy: Monitor / Achieve stock accuracy, key point to all process; avoid any failed delivery and maintain the balance stock of in & out merchandises, SKU placed in accordance with its proper location & cycle counting
- Proof of delivery (POD): checking with respect to sign, stamp, date & time stand, name, etc record maintenance. GIT monitoring vis-e-vis delivery & its closure with stakeholders
- Partner KPI’s: evaluate, monitor performance, work closely with partners to achieve end to end KPI’s performance & business deliverables
- Training: Train & lead staff to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, compliance & integrity
- Produce reports and statistics for management reporting, per defined periodicity
- Maintain partner governance, relationship, periodic reviews
- Be in charge of non-merchandising orders serving store facility and operation
- Control & monitor the service delivery of third party and vendors
- Be contact point and coordinate with the building/mall management on the operation related issues and maintain store facilities & equipment
- Handle, monitor and grant the approval for all the works order for all project

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience: 6~8 years of working experience in Warehouse management for consumer electronic distribution, preferably mobile & computer (online & offline, both)
- Essential Skills: SAP through transactional knowledge, T-codes & performed by self for 4 years. MS Office
- Special skills : good to have
- Auditor certification
- MS Access (preferred to write macro’s).
